If you're not happy with your recent purchase, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of your purchase.
Please note we are not responsible for packages returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect or incomplete address or delivery information.
To be eligible for a return, you must submit photo of your plant the day you opened it. Please be sure to inspect your package and plant immediately upon delivery. Email a photo of your damaged order to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the order number within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement plant or issue an refund.
